Operational funding to support unfunded equipment and activities deemed appropriate by the head swimming and diving coach to improve the quality of the program.
Advise and assist the University athletic department and local community in creating awareness and support for the building of a new 50 meter swimming and diving facility.
Articulate the need and benefits to the University community, USA Swimming and the North East region
Identify and contact prospective corporate and individual donors
Create and maintain the political support for this initiative from initial design to project completion
